Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This is an English translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Muhammad Baleegh, trading as Webliify (“Webliify”, “we”), and our clients. We only work with businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code), not consumers. A client’s own terms only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Quotes and contracts
Prices on our website are starting prices, not binding offers. After the free audit, the client receives a quote with a fixed price and scope. The contract is formed when the client accepts that quote in writing (email is enough).
3. Services
The scope of work is set out in the accepted quote. We may use suitable subcontractors and third-party services, for example for hosting, voice AI and automation.
Timeframes such as “about 14 days” are estimates. They assume the client provides content, access and approvals on time.
4. Client cooperation
The client provides content (for example text, images, logos, prices and opening hours) and the access we need on time, and makes sure they hold the rights to it. The client reviews and approves drafts. Delays caused by missing input extend agreed timeframes accordingly.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are net prices. No VAT is currently charged under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG). If the small-business rule stops applying in future, statutory VAT will be added on top. Setup fees are due 50% on order and 50% at launch. Monthly fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.
6. Term and cancellation
Monthly services (for example care, Get Found, AI receptionist and automations) run indefinitely and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month. Get Found has a three-month minimum term. The right to terminate for good cause is unaffected.
7. Founding Client Program
Founding clients get 40% off all setup fees and the first month of every monthly service free. In return, they provide a short video review, allow us to publish their results as a case study, join a 15-minute monthly check-in, and agree to a three-month minimum term on monthly services. The program is limited to five clients. Reviews from founding clients are labelled as such on our website.
8. AI services
AI receptionists and other AI systems we set up disclose to callers and users that they are AI. AI can make mistakes. The client checks the information provided to the AI and tells us about changes, for example to prices or opening hours.
Call minutes included in a plan apply to that month. Extra minutes are charged at our current rate (currently €0.25 per minute). The client is responsible for lawful use towards their own customers, for example by mentioning the AI in their own privacy policy.
9. Rights to the work
Once paid in full, the client receives exclusive rights, unlimited in time and place, to use the work created for them (for example design, text and code). The domain, content, data and accounts belong to the client. Third-party components, such as Shopify themes, fonts or software libraries, are subject to their own licences. We may keep using general know-how and non-client-specific building blocks.
10. References
We may name the client and show their logo as a reference unless they object. We only publish case studies with results with the client’s express permission.
11. Data protection
Where we process personal data on the client’s behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
12. Warranty
We provide our services with care and to current professional standards. We fix defects within a reasonable time after being notified. Outcomes such as rankings, mentions in AI answers, revenue or customer numbers depend on third parties, and we don’t guarantee them.
13. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment the client may regularly rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
14. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. If any provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
