Why are there monthly fees?
Websites need hosting, updates and backups, and search, AI receptionists and automations need ongoing work and monitoring. The monthly fee covers that, so nothing breaks or goes stale.
Is there a minimum term?
Get Found has a three-month minimum, because search results take time. The other monthly plans run month to month. Founding clients agree to a three-month minimum.
Are there extra costs?
Only what you agree in your quote. Third-party costs, like your domain, Shopify plan or booking software, are paid by you directly, so you keep ownership.
What if my AI receptionist uses more than 300 minutes?
Extra minutes cost €0.25 each. You see your usage in the monthly report.
Can I start small?
Yes. You can start with one stage, ideally your biggest leak, and add the rest later.
Your report arrives within two working days. If you then want our help, you get one plan with one fixed price. No hourly billing.
